Frequently asked
Will my Airbnb ranking drop if I open my own page?
No. Ranking comes from the channel’s own signals: response time, acceptance rate, reviews, calendar accuracy and price. Marketing you do outside the channel is not one of them.
Am I breaking the channel’s terms?
A channel’s terms cover what you do inside the channel. You do not trade in the channel’s message thread and you do not ask anyone to cancel a confirmed booking. Post-stay messages, your own channels and the material in your property are yours.
Do I need technical skills?
No. The page is built from your listing link: photos, texts and amenities come with it. You edit the page from text fields. No business ID is needed, a private person can publish and take payments.
Can the same night be booked twice?
In theory yes. We connect your property to Airbnb and Booking.com over iCal in both directions, and the connection refreshes about once an hour. That reduces the risk of a double booking but does not remove it. We say so plainly, because it is also in our terms.
What if I already have a website?
Keep it. Your Purnukka page has its own address, and you can point the old site to it. The booking calendar and payment can only live in one place, so decide which one takes the bookings.
What if this earns nothing?
For stays the monthly fee is €19/mo. Gear costs €5/mo and services €9/mo. The monthly fee starts in month two even if no direct bookings have come in yet. You can stop at any time, and your domain and content leave with you.
What does this cost?
For stays, €19/mo + 3% of the online payments on your own site. Gear costs €5/mo and services €9/mo. Online payments carry 3% for gear and 3% for services. Setup is €0. No monthly fee for the first 30 days; commission applies from day one. Payment processing costs are separate.
Do I need a business ID?
No. A private person can build a site, publish it and take payments. The first payout requires identity and bank account verification in Stripe.
Where does the money go?
To your own Stripe account. Stripe is the payment processor that card, Klarna and MobilePay payments run through. You open your own account there and we help with it. The customer pays on your site, and you decide when the money moves to your bank.
How long does it take to get a site?
You see your own site in a few minutes before you pay anything. After you order, the published site is online within a minute.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. There is no fixed term. You can pause or stop the site at any time, and your domain and content leave with you.
